4. Payments & Refunds

All prices listed are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

 

4.1 Payment Terms

Payments must be made upfront or via agreed monthly installment plans.
Failure to make payments may result in paused or terminated access to Services.

 

4.2 No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, time-based services, and mentorship work, all payments are non-refundable.

If you choose to stop or pause mentorship early, unused sessions cannot be refunded or transferred.

 

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Mentorship calls must be scheduled in advance.
If you need to reschedule, 24 hours’ notice is required.

Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, templates, frameworks, digital products, training material, branding, and resources provided by Amber Toerien Digital remain our intellectual property.
